Don't look if your Squeamish!!

Recently everyone's been asking about 'the shoulder' so thought I'd let you all know on my blog!

It all seems such a long time ago but back in early January I headed out to Val D'Isere for the essential, annual snowboard trip with a great bunch of people that didn't know each other hardly at all (Pen, Laura, Vicky, Nav, Mike, I'm not in Africa Rob and Al)! But as most of you all know disaster struck after lunch on Day 2.
Since the 'reduction of the shoulder' on that fateful day, I've done loads of physiotherapy, which has worked brilliantly and 12 weeks on I'm ready to run the London Marathon!
