As I was going through the boring post (mainly bills, NTL again!) this morning I kept what looked like interesting mail till last! Sure enough it was running related...I got more excited when I saw it was a running number I thought YES, my London Marathon number is here.....but then I realised that runner number 3436 was a pretty low number for the big one!So sure enough 3436 is my London Half Marathon running number. Word on the street is that there's going to be over 10,000 crazy runners jogging round a F1 racetrack! Ben and I are both racing and hope to beat last weeks time of 1hr 49 mins. Pressures on!

I am sure you will view the British Grand Prix in a fresh light after you have run round the Silverstone circuit a few times. Hope your aching limbs have recovered after your long run at the weekend.
