For the first time in what seems like weeks, we had a sunny evening. So I took headed out for a bike round the countryside of Hertfordshire. It was perfect conditions with little wind and humidity.
I completed 14.5 miles in 50 mins around a route I've done 4 times now.

17mph sounds good going after a day's work.
It's nice to know the stats now I've got an onboard computer : )
My top speed was a scary 32.5 mph on a straight downhill!
