Thanks for all the support!

So enough about the glory boys for a minute!

Of course there's always people in the background giving great support and Ben, Tristan and I were no exception. So I'd like to take this opportunity to say a huge thanks to all the girlfriends, wives, friends and family for their support on those cold, wintry weekend runs for the past 6 months.

But without a doubt seeing all the friendly faces on route on Sunday was such a lift to us all, it was brilliant, especially those hi-5's along Embankment!
